Eight lessons 1 ½ to 2 hours in length. Each lesson has one to three
exercises and or handouts for participants to do individually, as a couple or in small groups. All lessons provide for group discussions and has detailed Leader Guide instructions.

The Couple Checkup
is designed to help you and your partner build a more
satisfying and intimate relationship. Just answering the
questions will stimulate thoughts and attitudes about your
relationship. It is designed to activate dialogue,
discovery, and increase the overall quality of your
relationship.

Roland Warren, President of the National Fatherhood
Initiative discusses the NFI’s popular brochure, The 7
Benefits of Marriage For Men. Roland covers the the
impact of marriage on the quality of life of men, as well as
the immeasurably positive effects of being an
involved father.

Responsible Fatherhood Month
"The
Healthy Marriage Initiative helps married couples gain
greater access to marriage education services on a
voluntary basis. The Responsible Fatherhood Initiative
educates fathers on how to improve their relationships,
reconnect with their children and encourage fatherhood
within the context of marriage."

The Philadelphia Area Marriage
Resource Center (PAMRC) is a web-based resource that has been
created to help couples in the Delaware Valley strengthen their
relationships. Our primary focus includes increasing
public awareness for relationship education; increasing the
number of couples who participate in structured pre-marital and
marriage education programs each year; supporting the creation
of community healthy marriage initiatives throughout the
Delaware Valley.
